Corely provides fitness tools. Please read these terms before using the app.

Effective date: August 26, 2026
Important

Corely provides fitness, nutrition, fasting, and progress-tracking tools. It is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Corely, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Corely.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use Corely only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

2. Corely is not medical advice

Corely provides workout, nutrition, fasting, body-weight, activity, and wellness tools for general informational and fitness purposes. Corely does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or individualized medical care.

Exercise, dietary changes, and fasting can involve risks. Consider your own health, experience, medications, injuries, pregnancy status, and other circumstances before following a recommendation. If you have a medical condition, symptoms, a history of disordered eating, or questions about whether exercise, nutrition changes, or fasting are appropriate for you, consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.

Stop an activity and seek appropriate care if you experience concerning symptoms. Do not use Corely for an emergency.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when information is required and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some Corely features can be used locally without signing in. If you sign in, certain Corely data may be synchronized or backed up to support restoration and cross-device continuity as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. License to use Corely

Subject to these Terms, Corely grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own lawful personal use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit Corely except to the extent applicable law expressly allows.

5. Your data and privacy

Your use of Corely is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains what information Corely processes, optional Apple Health and Health Connect access, cloud synchronization and backup, service providers, retention, and deletion.

You are responsible for information you choose to enter into Corely and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it.

6. Apple Health and Health Connect

Health-platform integration is optional. You control which permissions to grant and can revoke them through your device settings. Corely may use authorized health and fitness information to display activity, body metrics, workout matching, progress, and related personalized fitness features.

If you enable writing workouts, Corely may write eligible Corely workout information back to Apple Health or Health Connect. Data availability and accuracy depend on your device, operating system, wearable, provider, permissions, and third-party integrations. Corely cannot guarantee that external health-platform data is complete, current, or error-free.

7. Subscriptions, purchases, and Corely Pro

Corely may offer free features, trials, promotional access, and optional paid subscriptions for Corely Pro. Available products, prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal terms are shown in the app or applicable app store at the time of purchase and may vary by country, platform, taxes, currency, or promotion.

  • Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
  • Corely uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and entitlements.
  • Subscriptions generally renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable store.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase it.
  • Deleting the Corely app or your Corely account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
  • Refunds, billing disputes, and store transaction policies are generally handled by Apple or Google under their applicable terms and policies.

If Corely offers a trial, access may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends, as disclosed at purchase. Corely may change subscription offerings or prices prospectively, subject to store rules and applicable law.

8. Automated plans and recommendations

Corely may use rules, calculations, algorithms, and your logged information to generate or adapt workouts, exercise selections, progression suggestions, nutrition targets, fasting schedules, recovery guidance, and progress insights. These outputs are estimates and recommendations, not guarantees. They may be incomplete, unsuitable, or inaccurate for a particular person or situation.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to follow a recommendation, selecting appropriate exercise technique and loads, and adjusting or stopping activity when needed.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Corely for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or services;
  • interfere with, overload, damage, or circumvent Corely’s security or technical protections;
  • use automated means to scrape or extract Corely content or data except as expressly permitted;
  • misrepresent your identity or use another person’s account without authorization; or
  • use Corely in a way that infringes the rights of Corely or others.

10. Third-party services

Corely depends on or interacts with third-party services, which may include Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Open Food Facts, Apple Health, and Health Connect. Their availability, data, purchases, permissions, and functionality may be governed by separate terms and policies. Corely is not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or independent acts of third-party services.

11. Intellectual property

Corely, including its software, interface, design, branding, text, graphics, exercise catalog content, and other materials provided by Corely, is owned by Corely or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Corely or its content to you.

12. Service availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, content, or portions of Corely. We do not guarantee that Corely will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device, wearable, operating-system version, or third-party service.

We may perform maintenance, make safety-related changes, or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Corely, or third parties.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corely is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Corely does not guarantee specific fitness, health, body-composition, weight-loss, nutrition, fasting, performance, or other outcomes.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corely and its owners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or similar losses arising from or related to your use of Corely.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Corely at any time. You may also request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy and on the account-deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, abused the service, or if continued operation is not reasonably possible. Where appropriate and required, we will provide notice.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Corely changes or as legal requirements evolve. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use Corely after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
